Engineering & permitting

Buildings are engineered to the applicable loads and codes as described in your quote, with stamped drawings provided where required. You are responsible for obtaining required permits and ensuring site readiness unless your contract states otherwise. Site preparation requirements will be communicated before installation.

Financing & rent-to-own

Financing and rent-to-own options referenced on this site are offered by independent third parties and are subject to their approval and terms. We are not a lender or rent-to-own provider and do not make credit decisions. Any payment figures shown are illustrative and are not an offer or guarantee of credit.
